Emily got a new horse in 2016, Hugo a 2012 KWPN who came over from Holland.

He came to Emily unbroken with minimal handling and Emily spent alot of time on Hugo;s groundwork and went to some clinics with Mark Fuller Classical Horsemanship creating a bond and trust so that they could further Hugo's career and get him broken for riding.

Emily then worked on getting Hugo broken in and working away and went from strength to strength in his ridden work.

In 2017 he has started going out competing and has participated in Show Jumping at BS and unaffiliated and also some arena eventing, and is showing that he will be a promising horse of the future.

Previous to Hugo, Emily had Durton Clover Chloe and here is a few things she achieved with her:

Emily has had a very good season with her horse found by Red Earth Equestrian Centre
She has qualified for the trailblazers working hunter championships at Stonleeigh on her second outing this year
Emily has also completed her first british event at kelsall hill under the watchful eye of Stephanie she completed in the be 90 and did a good solid dressage test an unfortunate rail in the showjumping but flew round clear xcountry inside the time and had a fantastic day!
Emily has just competed at north west championships at croft top in the working hunter open where she had 2 unfortunate poles down
And the puissance ( which is where the riders battle it out in a game of higher and higher over a showjumping wall) Emily came 2 nd to a Bsja silver disc stallion and completed the wall at 1m 35 it was huge!!!!
